LOST PROPERTY ENQUIRIES

Passengers who lose their belongings during travel in buses may approach PRO over phone or through letter with details. The loss will be enquired in detail. If the belongings are available in office the same will be intimated to the passenger. The affected person can get back the items after submitting proper identification of the lost articles. On restoration of the articles, a small amount is collected from the passenger as storage charges and 50% of this amount will be paid to the conductor and Driver who have handed over the articles at the office.
